Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy Children

Hosted by Beth A. Karmilovich, DO

Nothing is more important to a parent than the well-being of his or her child. Understanding healthy lifestyle choices and teaching them to children can be challenging. Undoing bad habits, like unhealthy eating and too-much "screen time" -- before they lead to serious health problems -- can seem impossible, even for the most well-intentioned mom or dad. Join us for our Health eTalk on Thursday, January 20 with general pediatrician Beth A. Karmilovich, DO, who will answer questions and provide advice on nutrition, exercise, safety, and other healthy lifestyle issues that can affect children.

Beth A. Karmilovich, DO, is a general pediatrician at The Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper.
