New Year's Resolution: How to Eat Healthy in 2010

Hosted by Carla Fynan, R.D.

According to USA.gov, losing weight is, by far, the most popular New Year’s Resolution. But there’s a lot we can learn about losing weight successfully – especially when you like to eat! It’s important to know how to choose the types of foods that are right for you and limit the foods that raise our risk for such illnesses as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.

Join us on January 7th as Carla Fynan, Manager of Clinical Nutrition at Cooper, will have the answers for all your nutritional questions. Ms. Fynan attended Pennsylvania State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science and completed an internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass. She’ll give you tips on healthy eating and ideas for ways you can make this resolution and keep it! Join us by asking a question today.
